Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TheAdornedMan.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from The Adorned Man LLC ("The Adorned Man", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

2. Products and descriptions

We work to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colors can look different from screen to screen, and natural materials such as wood, stone and leather vary from piece to piece, so the item you receive may differ slightly from the photos. Measurements are approximate.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and don't include shipping or applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify; we don't store your full card details. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it's confirmed.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item becomes unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after your order ships. Our products ship from our supplier partners, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. 6. Returns and refunds

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll cover the cost of making it right.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the return.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's content, including text, design, logos and our own photography, belongs to The Adorned Man or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it by automated means without our permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services, including Shopify for our store and checkout and payment processors for transactions. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these Terms or required by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, The Adorned Man won't be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

12. Privacy

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Orders are governed by the Terms in place when they were placed.
