These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TheAdornedMan.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by The Adorned Man LLC, a subsidiary of Xan Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, materials, and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to supplier photography, screen settings, or manufacturing differences.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If a pricing error is discovered on an order already submitted, we will contact you before charging the corrected amount.

4. Orders & Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) and PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details.
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

Products are fulfilled through a network of supplier partners, meaning shipping times and origin may vary by item. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and on individual product pages. These are estimates, not guarantees — delays due to customs, carrier issues, or supplier processing are outside our direct control, but we're glad to help track down a delayed order.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Our full return and exchange policy — including the 30-day window, eligibility requirements, and refund process — is available on our Return & Exchange Policy page. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including our name, logo, product photography, descriptions, and site design — is the property of The Adorned Man LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable trademark and copyright law. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Adorned Man LLC and Xan Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of any product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Adorned Man LLC, Xan Holdings LLC, and their respective officers and members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles, given that The Adorned Man LLC operates from and is foreign-qualified in Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
